RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from delazava.com. If you are not (in case of size, color difference, stitching issues, or wrong dispatched), we will gladly accept the exchange of items that are unwashed, unused, unaltered, and packed with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. You can exchange articles by calling our team within 5 days of your purchase.
The exchange will be provided subject to the immediate availability of stock. If the same article is not available, the customer can check for alternate options in the same price bracket. Customers will have to bear courier charges (for sending and receiving).
Please Note We Do Not Offer A Cash Refund.

Cancellation Of Orders
On rare occasions, Delazava has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing issues, or the credit card/online payment is declined by the issuing financial institution and when customers do not pick up / reply to confirmation calls or WhatsApp messages from our customer care department.
Change of Mind
In case of change of mind, you can only change the product. No refund request will be entertained.
